Delegate Registration is Now Closed
Registered delegates should have received an email with the voting link at approx. 11:47 am, December 5. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. It was sent from the address email@example.com If you still can’t find it, please email that address for assistance.
The ballot will open following the Nominating Committee’s introduction of the Candidates at today’s Zoom General Meeting (approximately 3:15 pm) and will close promptly at 3:45 pm

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year’s election of officers will be held online. In order to vote, Delegates MUST register online by 2:00 pm on Friday, December 4.
Your status as a delegate will be confirmed by the Registrar and you will be sent an email on Saturday, December 5 with a link to vote. Polls will be open on Saturday, December 5 following the Nominating Committee report in the Zoom General Meeting (approx. 3:15 pm) and will close at 3:45 pm. All votes must be cast within that time window.
The Nominating Committee will meet in a separate Zoom meeting to review and certify the results. Results will be announced at the conclusion of the Zoom Meeting.

The Powerboat Committee will be meeting via Zoom in lieu of an in person meeting this fall. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 2 at 7:00 pm
